Why Successful People do Meditation Everyday – 14 Reasons

Why am I meditating?

Meditation has brought me comfort and serenity.

I have built a quiet and calm clearing that I can join in seconds whenever I feel the need. Regardless of where I am or what I do, I have a sanctuary. The world’s concerns do not threaten me anymore.

Except that this mental place is not fictional, and trolls and wild animals are not inhabited, it is as real as the world in which we live.

My brain has been literally rewired for pleasure, harmony and achievement since beginning my meditation habit. Here are only a few of the advantages:

I rarely get upset.

In unexpected ways, I find happiness.

I form deeper relationships and more easily develop friendships.

However the greatest advantage by far is that a strong, serene calm and peace steadily permeates every aspect of my life.

How Meditation Rewires The Brain ?

At first, I couldn’t believe that my life was influenced so powerfully by a simple everyday meditation practise. So, I began doing research and devoured all of the meditation clinical studies that I could find. I was shocked at what I discovered-it turns out that meditation can change almost any aspect of your life.

Here are fourteen scientifically established ways in which meditation for pleasure, harmony and achievement rewires the brain.

1: Meditation decreases anxiety

Feeling the world’s weight on your shoulders? In reducing stress and anxiety, meditation is extremely successful. One study showed that when exercised over a span of three months, mindfulness and Zen style meditations significantly minimise stress. Another research found that the density of brain tissue associated with fear and concern is practically decreased by meditation. If you want your tension to plummet, the solution might be meditation.

2: The sense of well-being is strengthened by meditation

Do you want to fill your life with energy and happiness? Meditation on Mindfulness enhances your internal functioning and increases your sense of well-being in the process. Yoga and tai chi have also been found to do this. According to studies, when practised regularly, they have significant therapeutic effects and increase the quality of life.

3: Meditation strengthens your sense of connection and compassion

Feeling a bit distant from those around you? Try meditation for compassion. Meditation on lovingkindness (sometimes referred to as Metta) is a meditation focused on compassion that improves brain areas associated with mental processing and empathy. It also increases the sense of connectedness to society. Not a guy who hugs? After trying Metta, you could just become one!

4: Meditation promotes concentration

Will you like to apply razor-edge concentration to your life? Research shows that meditation increases awareness and enhances the capacity to perform tasks that require concentration. One study examined a number of different forms of meditation, including Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Sufi Meditation, and Hindu Meditation, and found that they all enhance concentration to varying degrees. I used to think coffee was the perfect way to concentrate, and I’m just meditating now.

5: Meditation makes relationships stronger

Want your relationships to be strengthened? It has been shown that meditation increases the capacity to connect to others. What? How? It enhances your capacity to empathise, and it strengthens your ability to pick up on signals that show how others feel. Meditation also enhances your emotional health, making you less likely in your life to be affected by any negative individuals.

6: You are made more innovative by meditation

Have you ever felt that any more inspiration should be used? According to different research, meditation enhances the imagination. Not unexpectedly, famous artists such as Yoko Ono, David Lynch and Marina Abramović make meditation a big part of their lives.

7: Meditation strengthens memory

Meditation will help, whether you want to become a memory champion or just want to recall the name of that guy who works down the hall. Research has shown that it increases your ability to memorise things and store new knowledge and consolidate it.

8: Meditation increases the ability to make choices

In order to help them do their jobs better, high-powered executives turn to meditation for a cause. Studies have found that by optimising the functioning of the decision-making centres of your brain, both mindfulness meditation and Transcendental Meditation help you make better decisions. Give meditation a try if you want to start nurturing your inner boss.

Meditation allows individuals to resolve addictions

9. Meditation allows individuals to resolve addictions

You know someone who’s been dealing with addiction? One of meditation’s most beautiful results is that it can help individuals conquer strong addictions. One interesting study showed that Vipassana meditation can be remarkably effective in helping people to resolve alcohol and drug-related addictions, and different forms of meditation have been found to have similar effects.

10: Cardiovascular wellbeing is enhanced by meditation

Do you want to get some of the fitness benefits by sitting in one place? Researchers have found that your cardiovascular health is improved and your risk of heart disease is minimised by both mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation.

11: The immune system is strengthened by meditation

Do you get sick more often than you’d like? Believe it or not, a number of different forms of meditation have been shown to improve the human immune system and make you more resistant to viruses and illnesses, from mindfulness to yoga. Yeah take it the cold season.

12: Meditation allows you to discover “flow”

Did you ever feel absolutely, totally immersed in the moment? You may have been playing a sport or drawing a picture, and the world around you seemed to just disappear. This is called “flow,” which is a special condition where when you meet a task ideally matched to your ability, the human mind is working in total harmony with itself. According to study, meditation will help you achieve this incredible state of mind.

13: Physical and emotional discomfort is minimised by meditation (better than morphine)

Perhaps the most remarkable advantage of meditation is that it has the potential to help relieve emotional and physical pain than opioids. Yep, you read that correctly. That’s quite an incredibly scientific discovery.

14: Meditation brings you to enlightenment

The aim of meditation is typically to achieve Enlightenment, or a state of complete happiness and comprehension. By meditating, may you achieve enlightenment? Who’s going to say? A lot of people say yes, but science doesn’t have an answer yet.

Bhangarh Fort : A fantastic place to visit!

You may have learned that one of India’s most haunted places is Bhangarh Fort. This ruined Fort City is said to have once been packed with flocks of people.

Kachhwaha Raja Bhagwant Das (elder brother of Rani Jodha bai!) of Amber (also known as Amer) founded Bhangarh Fort for his second son in the 17th century, Raja Madho Singh. This fort included thousands of homes, market places, Havelis, and temples along with the main palace, indicating the city’s well-being.

Then what would have happened would have ruined this chirping town, turned it into a desolate ruin and made people think of it as a haunted location. Behind this are primarily two theories:

There was a sadhu named Baba Balak Nath, according to this storey, whose meditation spot was in the area of the fort before it was constructed. He agreed to give his consent to building the fort on one condition, the fort or any building within it should not be taller than the house of his(sadhu) and the entire city would be demolished if the shadow of any structure falls on his house. Ajab Singh, Madho Singh ‘s grandson, however, wanted to stop this and increased the height of the fort leading to the city to face the curse of the sadhu.

This narrative is more famous than the first. There was the lovely princess Ratnavati, Raja Chhatra Singh ‘s daughter, and Raja Ajab Singh’s younger sister, who had a lot of suitors. Among them, a Tantrik called Sinhai was so in love with the princess that he substituted the fragrance with a love potion once while she was shopping for ittar (scent). The princess came to know about this, and on a rock she threw the potion away. This finally made the boulder roll into the evil Tantrik, crushing him to death. But just before he died, the princess and the whole kingdom were cursed to be shattered, and that no one could ever survive in this city. Due to the Mughal invasions and famine of 1783, the fort town came to an end after some time.

Spooky, aren’t they? The good news is that there’s no proof that these ideas are valid. But visitor entries before sunrise and after sunset have been barred by the Archaeological Survey of India. Even the locals claim that every night the ghosts return to the fort, and the curse will be lifted only when Princess Ratnavati’s reincarnated soul comes back. What is your understanding of this?

I think you should probably take a trip to Bhangarh, whether it is very haunted or not.

Bhangarh Fort is situated between the city of Jaipur and Alwar on the border of the Sariska Tiger Reserve in the Aravalli range. Some of its attractions include Gopinath Temple, Someshwar Temple, Purohitji ki haveli, Nachan ki haveli, and Jauhari Bazar.

How to be Successful in Difficult Situations?

Let me try to give you a couple of actionable measures. They are the following:—

1. Comprehension

You see, you’ve got to know that you’re in one hell of a downhill trip, and things could get worse. For a bit, all is not going to be hunky dory.

2. Acknowledgement.

Acceptance is the next step. Well, yeah, yeah, you’re in a tuff position, and it looks to you like shit could really hit the fan soon. Good! Good, good! Once you acknowledge that you are on the brink of tragedy, you empower yourself by acknowledging the facts.

Always think positive
3. Time

Now, this is something that you have to recognise and know that times are still going to change. In 6 months or so, the tuff spot in which you are now won’t actually be there. Things are going to improve and if you have hit rock bottom somewhere, then be grateful. There are good times going!

4. Grit.

You are already forging the way to a better future until you understand and embrace the present situation you are in. You may still not know it, but you are. Now you know what’s wrong and you can always come up with a solution because you know that. I ‘d advise you to stay away from social media and inspiration when on this road of transformation. Not culture, nor social media. There will be nothing good coming out of Facebook. Say no to inspiration as well. Today, you can be inspired and sad tomorrow because you are not where your inspired self expected you to be. Go for grit and determination instead. Rarely should they let you down.

5. Let loose

If you are a man or a woman, I don’t know, but I would advise you to weep from time to time. You see, we eventually end up bearing emotional baggage as we go through tough times. Let go of the luggage. You don’t need them. You will be left with a light feeling in your heart after you sob on your heart out and clarity will soon follow.

Always Smile
6. Head down.

Not to make needless noise is what I mean here. You now know what’s wrong, you have thoroughly screamed out your heart at the unfairness of the situation and cursed life and God, and now you can add insight to what should be done. Keep your head down and keep working until you find it out. Don’t go back down the self pity loop. It will not aid.

7. Patience

When you’re busy building a better tomorrow for yourself and your colleagues, from time to time, you’ll end up being frustrated and impatient. This is where patience is required. It takes up to 50 years for a mango tree to grow and bear its first fruit. By pulling at the little sapling, you can’t hasten the growth process.

8. Meditation

I know, in this section, you might be cringing. In the modern world, meditation is way overrated. I am not asking you to be a guru, however. You see, we get stressed out when we are in a tuff position and invariably get nervous. A stressed mind, an agitated mind, is my friend’s troubled mind, and you have to tame it ASAP. What you need is a relaxed mind. I would suggest some easy breathing exercises for you. It is it, that is. With this, YouTube will help you out.

9. Don’t Prioritise

Yeah, actually you were fucked (and you’re not loving it for a change) and that’s what moved you to post this question here. You see, we’ve got wayyy too many fucks now for a few days to give up unimportant things. Don’t! Don’t! Prioritize what is relevant and decide it. You’re holding yourself in the loop of suffering when you give a fuck about anything and all. You are cementing the foundations of your life’s unhappiness. Read the book, called the subtle art of not giving a fuck, if you want more clarification on this particular issue. It helped me, and I hope it will help you.

Ok, in a short time, this is what I will come up with and I hope this allows you to make some light of the situation in which you are.
