Visualisation – Awesome Power

The everyday practise of visualising your aspirations as already full will speed up the achievement of those aspirations, goals , and objectives rapidly.
Visualization methods have been used for decades by successful individuals to envision their desired results.

The practise has also produced some high accomplishments that seem like super-powers, helping them develop their dream lives by completing one mission or task with hyper-focus and total trust at a time.

We all have this awesome power, in fact, but most of us have never been trained to make effective use of it.

Elite sportsmen use it. It is used by the super-rich. And peak performers now use it in all fields. Visualization is called the force.

The everyday practise of visualising your aspirations as already full will speed up the achievement of those aspirations, goals , and objectives rapidly.

Four very significant advantages come from using visualisation methods to concentrate on your expectations and desires.

It stimulates your creative subconscious which, in order to achieve your goal, will start producing creative ideas.

It programmes your brain to interpret and understand the tools you would need to fulfil your dreams more readily.

It triggers the law of attraction, thereby pulling the people, tools, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals into your life.

It develops the inner drive to take the steps required to fulfil the dreams.

Visualization is very simple, indeed. You relax, close your eyes and imagine what you would be looking at if the dream you had was already realised, in as excruciating detail as you can. Imagine something inside yourself, staring out at the desired outcome through your eyes.

With the ‘Mental Practice’ Method, imagine
The visualisation method is called “mental simulation” for athletes, and since the late 1950s, when we heard about it from the north koreans, they have been using these techniques.

All you need to do is set aside the time a day. After meditation or devotion, and right if you want to go to sleep, the best experiences are when you first awaken. These are the moments when you are most comfortable.

Need to go through 3 components that follow:

Step 1. Assume sitting in a movie theatre and the lights are dim, and then the film begins. It’s a picture of you doing something you want to do effectively, whatever it is. See as much details as you can make, namely your hair, the expressions on your face, tiny body gestures, the atmosphere and any other individuals around you. Add commuters, music, other people talking, cheering, to any sounds you’d hear. And eventually, recreate any sensations in your body that you think you will encounter when you participate in this exercise.

STEP 2 . Get out of the chair, walk right up to the television, open the television window and look into the movie. Undergo entire thing from within yourself again now, looking out through your eyes. Instead of a “remote image”, this is called a “manifested image.” It will deepen the experience ‘s effect. Again, see in exquisite detail everything, hear the sounds you’d hear, and feel the emotions you’d feel.

Ste3. Slowly but surely, walk back from the screen that still flawlessly displays the image of you presenting, return to your seat in the theatre, reach out and grasp the screen and shorten it to a cracker ‘s size. Then, bring keep your mouth with this mini screen, chewing it up and eat it. Imagine that, much like a floating head, each tiny piece contains the complete image of you conducting well. Imagine all these little screens going down through your stomach and out through every cell in your body through the circulatory system. Then imagine that every organ in your body is illuminated up quite nicely with a film of you exercising. It is like one of those openings in the electronics store where 500 TVs are all synchronized to the same channel.

You can open your eyes and just go about your activities when you have completed this procedure, which should take less than 20 minutes. You will be surprised by how much change you will see in your life if you make this participation in everyday routine.

Creating Target Photos

Another important technique of visualisation is to create a series of pictures or image of yourself with your target, as if it were already accomplished. Take your camera down to your nearest auto company and get a picture taken of yourself riding in the back of your favorite car if one of your aspirations is to buy a new car. Find a picture or poster of the statue of liberty and cut out a photoshopped image of yourself and put it in the photo if your objective is to visit Paris.

Creating a visual image with affirmation

We definitely suggest that you find an image of every part of your dream life or build it. For every purpose you have, build an image or visual representation: economy, job, leisure, new skills and experience, stuff you want to buy, and so much more.

Index Cards

Each and every day, we practise a similar technique. We now have a list of approximately 30-40 priorities that we are supposedly working on. On a 3/5 index card, we start writing each target and hold those cards close to our bed and leave them with us when we fly. We have to go through hand of cards ever other morning and every night, one at a time, read the card, shut our eyes, see the fulfilment of that target for about 10 minutes in its perfect desired outcome, open our minds and repeat the cycle with the next card.

Using Affirmations

An affirmation is a declaration that conveys not just an image, but the feeling of getting what you really want currently. An illustration of an affirmation is here:

I’m comfortably vacationing in a luxury resort for 2 weeks off per year, and operating only four days a week running my own business.

Through giving an order to your squad and do what it needed to create that goal happen, voicing an affirmation multiple times a day helps you stay focused on your mission, enhances your determination, and programmes your subconscious.

Expect outcomes

You will produce impressive results by writing down your goals, using the power of imagination and repeating your everyday affirmations.

Visualization and affirmations help you to alter the most powerful figure in your life’s beliefs , assumptions, and perceptions. They empower you to leverage your brain’s billion brain cells and get them all functioning in a specific and premeditated direction.

Your subconscious will become active in a process that permanently changes you. The mechanism is unseen and does not take a long time. As long as you’re getting in the time to imagine and reinforce, exercise your practises, surround yourself with positive people, read enlightening books and listen to the audio programmes that fill your mind with positive, life-affirming thoughts, it all happens very quickly.

Unlock the subconscious mind

Visualization, seeing the objective as already complete in the eye of the mind, is a key practise used by the most effective people in the world. Visualization is successful because the influence of our subconscious mind is channelled by it.

In our subconscious mind, as we envision goals as total, it causes a tension between what we envision and what we actually have. By trying to construct a present environment that fits the one we have imagined, our minds are hard-wired to overcome such disputes.

Visualization stimulates the subconscious mind’s imaginative forces, encouraging it to work harder at developing solutions. You will also experience new levels of motivation and find yourself doing stuff that you would usually stop, but that will get you closer to achievement.

Live in present moment

Although it is important to have a regular visualisation practise, we don’t have to spend all day thinking about our goals for this technique to work. In reality, spending too much time visualising will take something vital from you, living in the moment.
Daily rituals help to establish the right balance between thinking about the future and living in the moment. Start by picking a time during which you’ll review your goals and visualize your success. Ideally, do this twice a day – first thing in the morning and right before you go to bed. The process typically will take 10 minutes or less.

If you meditate, guided or not, do your visualizations immediately after your meditation. Add sound, smells, and tastes to multiply the results. Most importantly, incorporate the thoughts and body sensations that you would experience if you had already accomplished your goal.

This is a powerful method for visualising.

Research has shown that images or scenes followed by intense emotion can remain trapped forever in our minds. During visualisation, the more enthusiasm, excitement and energy we gather, the more effective the effects will be.

Once each goal is visualised as complete, it’s time for release. Let your priorities go, and spend the remainder of the day in the present moment.

Be Immediately Present

An simple way to become present immediately is to concentrate on the sensations in the body. Focusing on our bodies and being in the past or the future at the same time is unlikely.

Some explanations are here. Right now, emphasis on your left foot. How do you feel? Pay a minute ‘s attention to the feeling. Then remember what your right foot feels like, and spend a couple of moments just enjoying the sensation. Huge congrats, if you can pay attention to your feet. You were totally there.

You can use one of the more basic visualisation strategies if you find your mind wandering to the future during the day. Only let go of any doubts that occur or worries. Transform your thoughts when you get there, to what you want the future to look like. Then put the moment back to your consciousness.

As the expression goes, “Life is a gift, which is why it’s considered the current.” To accomplish your goals, use visualisation strategies, but spend much of your time enjoying today’s gift.

Each night before bed for a month, follow your affirmations and they’ll become a fully automated part of your thinking … integrated into the very fibres of your being.

Use the Power of Dream

Life is a wise man’s dream, a fool’s game, a comedy for the rich and a tragedy for the poor. What is life intended for? The insanity. An illusion, a shadow, a storey, and the greatest good that is not enough for life is a dream, and dreams are dreams themselves. Each man frames life so that reality and his dream come together at some future hour.

I’m just a dreamer. For a dreamer who can find his way only by sunrise, and his punishment is that before the rest of the world he sees dawn. Clouds float through my life, not to bring rain or storm, but to add colour to my sky at sunset. It makes me think every day that dream is a strong power that can be used to make things happen. As they are the children of my soul, the blueprints of my ultimate accomplishments, I cherish my visions and my dreams. Faith is the bird which when the dawn is still dark, feels the light and sings. We must create an eye that sees, a hand that obeys, a spirit that feels, to confer the gift of drawing; and in this task, the whole of life must cooperate. Life itself is in this sense, the only training for drawing. The inner spark of vision, after we have lived, does the rest. Life is perhaps, rather a dream or a terror. Therefore, great art is the representation of dreams.

Our real life is when we are awake in dreams. My highest expectations are well out there in the sunlight. Showing your dreams to everyone else needs a lot of bravery. The dreamer alone can understand the realities. You are the only thing that can keep you from achieving your dreams. I can not meet them, but I can look up and see the greatness of them, believe in them and try to follow where they are going. Those who compared a dream to their life were right. The wake of sleep and the wake of sleep. Often you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”Remember to celebrate milestones as you prepare for the road ahead, until it’s disproved, believe in everything.” So, I trust the fairies, the myths, the dragons. All happens, even though it’s in my head. Who can argue that nightmares and hallucinations aren’t as real as here and now?

Through refusing to consider “what if?” some people throttle their ability and to forget what is really important in life to them. Before one can do something, one has to start dreaming. Fear is a limiting factor, and it’s present in all of us, but it is important for success to step beyond the fear. Sometimes, our aspirations are at odds with our experiences and seek freedoms and opportunities that we do not have. But this does not make it difficult to accomplish them. Reading the words of my heart, what God wrote, how sometimes I was lonely and scared, but always brave; I felt the way I saw the world, its colours, textures and sounds-I felt the way I thought, wished, felt and dreamed.

Persistence is part of what distinguishes the wealthy from the pure positive thinkers. Distinguish me even in the hardest of situations by remaining inspired. Going the extra mile that refuses to fly by failure. “It is far better to be exhausted from achievement than to rest from failure.”Love what you do and do what you do. Don’t listen to anyone else asking you not to do that. What you like, what you love, you do. Nothing can take the place of determination in the universe. Talent won’t; nothing is more prevalent than creative, ineffective men. Genius will not the world is full of derelicts who have been educated. “Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”Finally, your life should be based on creativity.

How to Manifest Your Dreams to be Successful in Life?

I want my dream life to be real. What? But how?
They all want to turn their dream life into reality. But many of you don’t know how to do that, don’t know how to reach goals, and don’t know how to get started.

Have you heard of the Law of Manifestation before?

Yeah, there is a phrase and it really works. You take it wrong because the true significance of manifestation is not known by most of you. Manifesting something is about making it happen. Manifestation is all about concentrating on and attracting what you want from what you think, say and do. It is all about how, through thinking, you can influence the entire external world.
Yeah, you’ve heard that correctly.
What you think about may be what you become.
Still, perplexed and in doubt?

A Real Life Scenario

Let’s use a real-life scenario to explain this.
I was just like it wasn’t possible at first and then I tried and my life changed. I have made a target card that I have to start doing meaningful work, become more involved, have an awesome network of people, come out of my comfort zone, start writing, and have a few more short-term goals.
The goal card reads, “I am so pleased and thankful that by February 2021 I have accomplished my 5 short-term goals and I am proud of myself. The first thing I used to think about when I woke up and the last thing before I went to bed was this goal statement. I still believed like I had done it. I was living in a world where my aim and short-term goals had already been accomplished. I was already there in my head, because I had a confidence in it. And so I literally built my life, where I am right now with my thoughts.
Isn’t this philosophy magical? Just note, when you learn, you must become what you think of.

It’s a rule, it’s going to give you back whatever vibes you give to the universe. Instead, you don’t need to have a particular set of beliefs; you need to believe in your own abilities.
But the question arises here:- How do you believe in yourself?
How does one turn these dreams into reality?
How do I get what I want?
One also has to take physical action to achieve so. The sooner you take action, the sooner things start to manifest themselves. And this won’t happen until you take action. If you just sit around and think about dreams, manifestation can not happen.
The choice is still yours for a better life. Always note that in your life, you can have whatever you want, because whatever you want is waiting for you already.
So here are 5 simple steps you can take to turn your dream life into reality:—

Trust in yourself

Start to believe in yourself in your talents and abilities. These are the two powerful words for Manifest, I AM. You still believe that I am, that I will, and that I will. Trust the system and keep doing it.

Build A Strategy and Act

Action. That’s what is most important. You can’t just imagine the burger and eat it. You can feel better with visualisation. It works and can only happen if you work hard to accomplish it.

Then, if not now, when??
Then take action if you’ve made a strategy.

Write down the short-term/long-term priorities.

Tell yourself and others about what you’re trying to do.
To get a little closer to your target, do something every day.
Take suggestions and collaborate on it.
A must is introspection.
Keep reminding yourself of your desired performance.

Emphasis on the Positive Side

Have you ever heard of the Attraction Act?
This is the capacity to draw everything we are focused on into our lives. What you send, you attract. It’s the idea that positive thoughts in the life of a person carry positive experiences. So don’t let your fear, your concern, your anxiety, limit your positive faith.

Has it ever happened that you were thinking of your friend and that person called you that same day???
This is how the law of attraction is perceived by people and taken as a coincidence.

Visualise Success

If you like, imagine. It stimulates the brain to get educated. Focus on what you want, regardless of the fact that it might not be your current truth, to increase motivation and to increase trust.
It’s the big secret of success.

Being Humble and Grateful

Staying humble helps to achieve better results at work. Always be happy for what you’re having.
Always be grateful to the world and to the people who have helped you accomplish all your dreams, for all the hard work you have done. Be thankful for the benefits you have and for what you will get in the future.

Sit back, calm down and relax your mind and have a long and deep conversation to brainstorm and introspect with yourself that you believe and keep updating them with time.

Ask for what you want and get ready for hard work and get it.

The Two Most Powerful Words of the Universe” I Am”

We are all a part of God. Since God is the supreme creator, in our lives, we have the authority to create anything we like. But how?

In this World, what are the two most important words? Certainly ” I AM!” Because these 2 words have enormous power in it. Be very mindful of anything you put after these words.

I Am refers to God

I AM refers to GOD, which refers to “OM”. These words have the same meaning ie God and I am are interchangeable.

This is particularly true for those statements which, by using the name “I AM” of God, integrate the highest aspect of our potential. By the appearance of God in the burning bush, the name of God given to Moses was “I AM THAT I AM.”

The words after I am will shape your future

What follows after I AM will determine your life, the two most impactful words in the English language are “I AM.”

What you say after you say “I AM”… What you BELIEVE after “I AM” will form your life and govern your decisions.

Suppose you say, “I am powerful.”
If you think you’re powerful… You will attempt big things and if you believe it you are capable of great things. If you speak integrity and drive to overcome anything into your life, you will be prepared to face and overcome any challenge. Let Power of I AM shape your future in most powerful way.

Believe and Feel

It’s not enough to just say the words. You have to feel them…and believe them. Every day, repeat them. Allow them to sink into your psyche. Allow that POWER to merge with you.

“I want” should be replaced with “I AM.” Say “I AM rich!” instead of “I want to be rich!” Say “I AM rich!.” “I AM wealthy” Say it. Feel it,Feel it and Feel it until you Believe it.

Thoughts are Powerful

Negativity will manifest in your life if you speak negativity into it.
Actions follow thoughts. Habits are formed through actions. Results are the product of habits.
Consider and feel. You will become if you believe!
A man is exactly who he thinks he is.
You will become what you say, believe, and feel.

Your life is controlled by your beliefs, which are formed by your thoughts.

Make a 180-degree turn and speak optimism into your life.

The more you put it into practice, the more likely you are to believe it.

The more you believe it, the more it will become a part of your personality, and you will begin to act like someone who possesses those qualities. Our fate is determined by your thinking.

Do Affirmation Work?

Affirmations are a terrific way to get your day started. Our brains feature a Reticular Activating System, which explains why (also called RAS). The RAS’s goal is to bring items to our attention that we think about the most, and that we consider to be true.
So, if you think about blue and then glance around your room, you’ll notice that colour everywhere. Similarly, telling yourself that your life is fantastic, or that you are healthy, strong, and blessed, can lead to more and more amazing experiences as your life progresses.

Affirmations Alone Aren’t Enough.

Affirmations are taught by some of our time’s best teachers. Teachers of the law of attraction are now teaching INCANTATIONS, which are the next level of affirmations. INCANTATIONS are essentially affirmations with the addition of physical movement. Affirmations by themselves aren’t enough to bring about meaningful change in your life. You can say something inspiring, but unless you physically embody it, you’re merely scratching the surface. INCANTATIONS are extremely potent because of this. Not only are you uttering words of empowerment with INCANTATIONS, but you’re also using your body and voice. You’re altering your physiology and state, which has the potential to alter everything.”

Conclusion:

As a result, you must do more than just write the affirmations. You have to say them. Not only must you utter them, but you must also feel them with every fiber of your being.

Think. Feel. You will become if you believe!
