Love Yourself Unconditionally as You are Just Perfect

In your life, self-love colours everything. Yes, this is not just a sentence, it’s truth. Self-love is a conviction that a deserving individual is you. It is more than acceptance because embracing anything does not mean that you truly love that thing, rather than self-love, venturing into yourself and seeking a sense of comfort or relaxation.

Most of us are not pleased with ourselves today, as we can’t spend 10 minutes alone without any gadgets!!
It’s because we have begun to neglect ourselves, to avoid paying attention to ourselves, because the outside world is more important to us.

We’ve all heard this term a lot from many people, but it’s not just a phrase, but something deeper and more powerful, and when he/she comes across something that threatens his/her inner soul, one can understand its strength.

Often we seem to feel nervous and scared to meet new people or say something in the public domain. Because of skin colour, overweight, etc., we believe we are ugly, dull, insecure and we face social anxiety as a consequence.

When somebody says to you, ‘it’s hard,’ or you’re not going to be able to do it,’ he reveals his limitations because they never felt that big. It’s important to know your worth and trust the fact that you’re amazing the way you are… It’s important to believe in yourself.

No matter what others say to you no matter how they make you feel about your physical attractiveness, you think you’d have something special about yourself that’s going to attract the right people, that’s going to make you different from others. We are all capable of doing things that are incredible. I think everybody is good at one thing or another and we don’t have to watch the traffic. And of us has some special attributes, such as amazing voice, culinary skills, dance skills or communication skills or a strong heart, etc., that will differentiate us from the rest of the public.

“You need to know that you are perfect just the way you are and that you don’t have to change something that the universe will change its heart.” I’m sure most of you would have heard these lines before… These are not just lyrics, but they have a profound inner sense.

Criticism of People Means You are Growing Rapidly

4 letter word the fear, looks thin, but it holds a whole feeling. We all have different fears, regardless of how much a person looks stronger he/she has something or the other he/she is going to fear, and most of the time we are not comfortable sharing it with people. We never really say our views loudly sometimes-we stop ourselves from being insulted, we fear being judged, we fear that people will laugh at us and make our views funny.
Everyone is afraid of being punished, criticised or made fun of, but the only difference is that it is not seen by certain people and some are easily taken away by the situation. People will judge, they will find something or another to condemn you, and at the end of the day everyone will disagree no matter what you decide.

The truth is that you or me are not going to like every person. But if you want to make something important in this world, creating your own winning strategy to deal with criticism is necessary. Since it is going to happen. For positive growth, some criticism may involve valuable interactions, and quite a bit of it won’t.
If you’re sitting in a 10-person space, it’s not important for everyone to approve your views and judgement, and if someone criticises you that it doesn’t necessarily mean that they hate you or want to see you down, it may just be that the way things are looked through the lens of that person is different from yours. Studies show that we are four times more likely to recall constructive reviews than to compliment even happy individuals, and that poor feedback is more carefully interpreted than good. Think about what’s successful in being questioned, find the piece of truth in it and let it inspire better expectations.

It’s all right if people trust me to laugh at your views that will help you, push you to become even better… some day or the other, those people will appreciate you, but for that because of being criticised, you have to concentrate on your goal and not shift your focus.
You’re going to say stupid things… you’re going to make mistakes, but at least by the end of the day you’re not going to be dissatisfied with yourself for not even trying… At least you were trying… you didn’t sit quietly because of your fear.
Surmount the insecurities… Bad experiences will only lead you to learn valuable lessons in life.

How to Conquer Your Anger to be Successful in life?

Life is gorgeous. It makes love more beautiful. The mind dissolves until we possess love and only love, and we begin to sense our very existence. The secret to taking on life the way it treats us is our very presence. Good or poor is nothing but our hopes, to understand life, our limited intelligence. When we feel it, we feel the richness and evolution of creation. Above the mundane, we rise and move vertically.
The reason for living happily is love. In millions of ways, one can love. When something fails, love works. It is the scent of being magical in life. Rage, though is clearly opposite to love, but it is just as love is. Clarity is love; uncertainty is rage. The uncertainty is the unconsciousness effect. The ‘knowledge’ of Buddha is the solution to all human miseries.

When we become ‘conscious’ of our sleep, the rage can be transformed. The dissatisfaction is in danger of being illusory. It mechanically destroys relationships and life.
It strangulates the chances of thinking differently. We become desperate, panicky whenever there is rage. We have become the cause for our own descent.
The fact that rage is self-annihilation is no exaggeration. When we wish to force our ego on others it happens. When we live on the outskirts, it happens. It happens when in this illusory universe, we aspire to be special, believing we are something exclusive. In the vicinity of such deep oblivion, rage prospers.

To get rid of inner chaos, rage can be transformed. We come to know the reasons for this until we meditate. The causes are mainly the quest of the mind to triumph over the vulnerable ones. We are provoked to be angry whenever we are possessed by the spirit. In doing so, the mind is sadistically delighted. Facts remain facts, however. Ironically, we also get mad at weaker ones. To be serene, one needs to look inside.
Rage, unless it is authentic, is a real threat. Authentic anger tends to widen the horizon, while headstrong anger limits the multiplicity of life. With perplexity, we are burdened. However, whatever is authentic, whether it is love, rage or compassion, brings more life into life.
In vertical living, authenticity gives.

How to Manage Your TIME to be Successful in Life?

Every day, we all get the same number of hours, and how you spend yours will dictate how your future will look. Either saving or wasting your time, you are.

Which one would you like to become, then?

So, I have something here that I still hold in mind and I have to remind you all that we rarely do stuff that we don’t prepare for.

But it takes time to prepare again, so it’s a loop that’s always going to begin and end on time, and its leadership.

What is controlling time?

It’s not all about composing to-do-lists and placing them somewhere so you can follow them. In fact, time management is life management that can offer you several advantages. Often, because we say vs. taking action, we do not get stuff done.

You may be the person who often says, I don’t have time … I’m so overwhelmed … and you end up being a procrastinator (but you’re blessed if you don’t).

We live in a time when time is everything. In the daytime, there’s never enough time, because there are so many things to do.

But why?

The reasoning is that time management is something we do not take seriously and end up claiming we have no time for something.

It is hard to manage and you can not get it back once it has slipped away.

You can easily say you want to drop 20 kg, work 2-3 jobs, take care of your family, but you won’t get there quickly if you don’t use your time wisely and take action.

The company you want to start is not going to start on its own or the blog you want to start is not going to publish on its own … unless you take some time to prepare for it.

I always mark my calendar with a list of things to be completed in a week as a part-time employee, getting a lot of assignments in addition to college academics, but being at home and working, recognising that I have a lot of time in hand contributes to procrastination. I used to be the master of procrastinating.

So, time management is the only option left.

Working smarter, along with hard work, is critical so that you can accomplish more in less time. I realise that it’s easier to tell than actually do it. But believe me, good time management makes you to be smarter at working.

It doesn’t matter, in my opinion, whether you wake up at 5 a.m. or 11 a.m., all that matters is to make wise use of your time. In the other hand, being busy doesn’t mean being successful and efficient because spending a day in a lot of activities sometimes achieves less because you are diving focus between too many tasks.

Time management not only increases productivity, but also offers health benefits by lowering the level of stress and increasing opportunities for growth.

I have been trying some time management tips and it really works. Here are some time management ideas that will help you find time for what you want to do.

CREATE A LIST TO-DO

Has it ever happened that your mind just falls away from a really critical task? Or do you ever feel frustrated by workloads and activities or projects that never end? All of this is because you haven’t written down your assignments in one place. There’s so much your mind can’t recall. So, you can organise your tasks through a to-do list. Before beginning your job, developing it sets the flow for the day, but there’s more to it. You may mark them in calendars or reminders.

STOP PROCRASTINATING

This is one of the key reasons why we always believe like there is little time, and we end up thinking that there is no time for us to do something. While procrastination can also be productive occasionally, it’s unproductive most of the time. For the less critical stuff, you should easily set aside a date at the end of the day. Try to divide a time-consuming job into small pieces at all times, then work on one part at a time. In order to prevent procrastination, this will help.

Do you want me to know how you’re trying to stop procrastination?

SET A TIME LIMIT

It is also fun to set a deadline for a mission. This might be like a game. Set a clear deadline, like an hour. Then, try to complete the task with sufficient focus within the allotted time. Again, I’m going to say, try, don’t push your mind to rush and understand anything. This will contribute to inefficiency again. At first, aim to handle hard tasks and leave simple tasks for the end. During my exam days, I used to do this a lot. For each unit, I used to devote a time slot, and believe me, this not only helped me in time management but also in achieving efficiency.

CONSIDER TIME FOR YOURSELF

For your mental wellbeing and relaxation, self-love is something really important. Anxiety and depression can be caused by too much work and not enough rest and relaxation. It can mean a lot of things to spend time on yourself-you can simply turn off your PC and take a 10-minute break, or you might want to read a book, watch a movie, or click through an Instagram feed that helps your mind relax. Try not to worry about your to-do list at the same time while you are watching a film / show. Whatever you do, strive to do so with your mind’s full presence.

DON’T BE A PERFECTIONIST

Nothing is flawless. Perfection may be the enemy occasionally. It’s in the head, everything. Stop over-thinking all you’re doing. However, that doesn’t mean being reckless. You have to move to the next mission after you have completed your assignment and have offered your best. Your accurate and optimistic attitude and devotion to your objectives is the crucial thing.

Time management is not really demanding. If I am in a position to control my time, why not you? A bit of preparation will help you find the time for what you want to do and be sensible about how you spend your time. So, try to be efficient but not perfect and do your best.

How to be Successful by Forgiving All?

I used to hate any cliché about forgiveness that exists.
It seems that forgiveness is like the greatest betrayal to our very own selves. After what has happened to us, we don’t want to give up the fight for justice. We want blood for blood, and it is our ego that is burning and giving birth to red hot rage and toxicity right in the middle of this situation that begins to pump throughout our system.

Rage becomes an intrinsic part of the body and makes us oblivious to the fact that harm has already been done and things can not be resolved by revenge. By repeating the scenario of what has happened to us and continuing to feed the fire raging inside us, we hurt ourselves every day. Let me tell you that this is just your anger speaking and remember that wishing pain and suffering for anyone can not bring you the treasure of surreal happiness. We all want peace and think that if we see the person suffering who once made us suffer, our mind and soul will calm.

It won’t wash away the pain of what’s happened to you and give you immediate peace, so try to forgive, but it’s one of the key tools that can help you survive the long, uphill peace fight.
Forgiveness is a selfish thing to do because, because of what has happened to us, it means getting ready to stand up on our feet, take the control back into our hands and refuse to live a miserable existence. It means giving up hope for a different past and heading into the future path of glowing and rising bravely and optimistically.
As everybody makes mistakes, forgive others and yourself and that is what makes us human. Every day, we are mere creatures doing our best, fighting our own battles to create a better world for us.

Don’t forget to forgive yourself when forgiving others as well. Since you are also a hero and, however, in shining armour, you are your very own knight.

Today, forgive yourself for the ways that you have chosen to struggle through your suffering. Your instinct of survival that developed when you were unable to control your pain and hurt, doesn’t make you a bad human being. As you have done everything you can think of and managed to survive and find your way back to life, it makes you stronger and courageous.

Forgive yourself for changing your mind about the things that were your ultimate dream target you once believed were. In an ever-growing world, we all live and get to learn something new about people and different things every day. So it’s our responsibility to forgive ourselves for having the self-awareness of some very big things to change our minds.

Forgive yourself for not being enough loving. Often in your life, there may be someone who is willing to give up everything for you and do his / her best every day to give you everything, but even though you forced yourself to, you still can’t love them. Love is something that can’t be pushed into being, it’s something that automatically flourishes. So don’t feel bad, because you deserve the love that sparks your soul and brings sunshine to your life , making it fun and easy to give and take.

Forgive yourself for all the chances that you haven’t taken and all the things that you haven’t written. Anything to do or say is never too late. So get up and go to that destination, make that call and send that I miss you text because it’s never too late and trust me that God has his own thing for the best to work out.

And eventually, resolve to forgive yourself and others for all the mistakes we haven’t made yet and we’re going to mess up again and maybe bigger than we’ve done before, but we’re going to get to know something different and bigger than the previous one as well. Life is too short to sit and waste your energy hating someone in one place and in one condition. Make space for more mistakes, step and forgive out of your comfort zone. As there are a lot of encounters waiting for you to be experienced and a lot of faces to be kissed that wait to love you more than you could have expected, move on and love more people. So take and forgive a step forward.

What activities do you follow to achieve a 1% growth everyday?

Every day, 1 percent growth is something rhetorical, as arithmetic words and percentages do not measure growth in every field of one’s interest. The idea is essentially excellent with the baby phase, every day learning small lessons to gradually gain a lot of experience and skills over the longer term.

I have a certain number of domains charted out for me, therefore. These are domains that I find interesting and fascinating. Domains, the experience of which will pay me a strong dividend in the coming days. And, thus, every day I read and explore more about those domains to increase my ken a little bit more about them every day.

That way, on any given day under the microscope, I probably don’t succeed much at any of them. However, if everyday improvement is compounded and parsed over a long period of time, then I end up even more enriched and erudite with improved comprehension potential in each of these fields.

Enable me to explain some cases.

Learn 5 words per day

I want to enrich my English language order, so I learn / review five new / forgotten words and their meanings every day, and also practise using the same building phrases. Five words a day isn’t that large an amount to reinforce one’s vocabulary. Yet, you end up with 150 words on your tongue for disposal over the course of a month!
And that is enough, in my opinion, to transform the writing skills of an person. Five words a day only.

Grateful to somebody

I strive to be a person who never runs out of things in life to be grateful for. I know that I will always keep my life happy and upbeat regardless of the unavoidable ups and downs come my way. Almost every day, I write a letter to a person clarifying why I am grateful to them. This is how I find a new thing to be grateful for every day.

Often with friends and relationships that sometimes brought joy to my life in the past. And I wrote to comedians at other times who made me laugh and business magnates who encouraged me to think bigger than my life suggests. Do I have a response from either of them? Ok, actually, two of the standup comics reverted to my letters!

Write 2000 words per day

I want to strengthen my writing knack. In creating ideas and observations, I want to be so successful that I never run out of stuff to write. And, thus, I make sure every day that I have to pump out at least 2,000 words, regardless of whether or not I have anything to write about in my mind.

I end up with garbage on the screen of my laptop sometimes and it sometimes turns out to be my personal best piece ever. But no matter what, with the habit of writing 2,000 words a day, I have largely managed to train my grey matter to throw ideas at me that I can write about. It helps make sure that I’m never out of writing material. And that’s only because I write 2,000 words every day, no matter how good or bad they may be. This isn’t just about practise. This is a ritual.

Read about some famous people everyday

I want to be a person who knows a lot about masterful magnates who, on their own, have made it big in their lives. And, thus, every day I make sure to read and learn something new about one such character.

Read books and articles on my favourite subject

I have a deep interest in the Indian economy, but as far as academics go, I have no attachment to the economic sense. So, to strengthen my understanding, I read books on economics by noted Indian economists like Kaushik Basu and Bibek Debroy. I’m not going through the cumbersome strategy of finishing the whole book in one go. I just read a few chapters a day from books like that. At a time, one tiny move.

Another thing I do to improve my understanding of how India ‘s economy and politics are largely intertwined with each other is to spend almost two hours each day just reading from over four different newspapers each and every editorial and the whole economy pages.

I do not brag. Economics eludes me, and it seems that I really enjoy it. And, therefore, spending time on it seems to be legitimate and worth the investment.

These are just a few examples of how I aim to “grow 1% every day” in the areas that I care about and find relevant for my future. I hope the reader discovers that the answer adds some value to their viewpoint.
